I don’t know my model number and cannot see it on the product? Please use the contact us form to send your inquiry, attaching images of your product along with any other relevant information that may assist us. To help us accurately identify your product, please include photos of the complete item, not just the broken or missing parts.
Where can I find the model number on my tripod? The model number can be found in the following locations: on the side of the centre column, or on the outside or inside of one of the upper leg sections.
Where can I find the model number for my head? The model number can be found in the following locations: on the bottom of the pan base, on the side of the head, or on the top plate.
I still haven’t received my order and the tracking hasn’t updated? Please use the contact us  form quoting your order number. We can then review your order details and contact the courier responsible for delivering your shipment.
How do i send my product in for repair? Please go to Repairs and Service to get a detailed description on how to book in a repair.
How long will it take to repair my product? Generally if the parts are in stock the repair will take 5-7 working days from acceptance of the estimate. If there is a delay for any reason then we will inform you accordingly. Once paid the repair is normally shipped within two working days.
How much do you charge for a standard repair or service? Our service charges typically range between £35–£45, with parts and return shipping billed separately. For more involved repairs that require additional work or heavyweight products like lighting stands, the service charge may be higher. Estimates are free of charge, and if you choose not to proceed with the repair, you’ll only pay for return shipping. All repairs come with a 6-month guarantee for your peace of mind.
What courier shall i use to send my product in for repair? You are responsible for the shipping cost of your item, whether or not it is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. If you are sending your item from within or outside the UK, we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, Royal Mail or Parcleforce.
